MyWebReps LLC · Orange County, California
We run the marketing, build the AI that runs it, and put every claim on a dated record.
MyWebReps is an AI-native growth partner for owner-led companies. Someone probably told you we fix Google Ads. That is true, and it is where most engagements start. Behind it sits the rest of the operation: paid social, SEO and AI search, landing pages and sites, the agent fleet and software that run them, and the consulting that decides what to run.

Our own account, read two ways.
In Q4 2025 we ran ads for ourselves and paid $65 a click. Read from the dashboard, the flight was a loss and we paused it. Read from the sales pipeline, it sourced at least half of every deal the company has ever had. The tracking comes before the scaling, on every channel we run, because of this.
Reading 01
The dashboard
- 7
- conversions, entire flight
- $65
- average CPC
- $600+
- per conversion
The dashboard reading: too expensive, pause it. Every dashboard says the same thing at $65 a click.
Reading 02
The instrumented pipeline
- 5 of 10
- of our all-time sales pipeline deals trace to those 7 conversions
The instrumented reading: the flight sourced at least half the pipeline, from the same spend the dashboard called waste.
We paused that flight on the dashboard reading. The pause is on our own ledger as a mistake.
What we run, what we build
Three pillars, run as one system.
Channels go in on the left. In the middle sits the part most agencies do not have: written doctrine, a fleet of software agents that executes it, and the two people who build both. What comes out on the right is a record you can check. Every row in the figure opens its own page.
Built for owner-led companies where one person still feels the spend: mobile groomers, cleaning companies, glazing shops, professional practices, B2B services firms.
InChannels we run
- Google AdsOngoing management, and a rescue when the account is hurt.
- Paid socialMeta, LinkedIn, TikTok, measured on the same conversion ledger.
- SEO and AI searchRanking in search results and in the answers assistants give.
- Landing pages and sitesBuilt to match the traffic that lands on them, this site included.
EngineWhat we build and advise
- Written doctrineTen or more written procedures, each with pass and fail conditions.
- Agent fleetSoftware agents that run the procedures across about 12 business systems.

The operation
How the work actually gets done.
The procedures are written down as doctrine, each with pass and fail conditions. A fleet of software agents executes them over the systems where the work lives, from the ad platform to the books. Two people read what comes back, check it against the instrument, and sign it before it goes on the record.

The fleet delivers our own marketing, and a monthly operations program for a client has run on it in production through 2026 (ledger entry 007). The full description is on how we work.

MyWebReps LLC, founded by Dan Murray in Orange County, California. The fair question for a two-person shop is what happens when the owner is busy. The procedures are written down and the agents execute them, so the checklists run on the same schedule either way.

On the record
- What is MyWebReps?
- An AI-native growth partner for owner-led companies. MyWebReps runs the marketing, builds the AI agents and software that run it, and puts every claim on a dated, checkable record. Based in Orange County, California.
- What does MyWebReps actually do?
- Three things. Marketing that pays for itself: Google Ads management, Ad Rescue, paid social, SEO and AI search visibility, landing pages and websites, and tracking. Agentic AI and automation: custom agents that run campaigns, QA accounts, qualify leads, and report, integrated across about 12 business systems. Consulting and software: fractional growth and AI leadership, strategy sprints, custom internal tools and integrations.
- What programs does MyWebReps run?
- Ad Rescue (14 days, fixed scope), Signals Foundation (3 weeks, fixed scope), and the AI Operations Partner program (monthly). Everything else is scoped and priced before work starts.
- Do I have to sign a retainer to get the findings?
- No. Findings come first and are yours to keep. A fixed-scope engagement ends when its scope ends; the retainer, if there is one, comes after.
- What is the first step?
- A 15-minute triage call with a senior analyst. No pitch deck. You leave with 2 to 3 prioritized fixes either way.
- Who runs MyWebReps?
- Dan Murray, founder. Engineering background. Google Partner. Ben Bertacchi, analyst. Software agents execute the written doctrine; the two of them verify and sign what goes on the record.
- How do I contact MyWebReps?
- Email dan@mywebreps.com, or use the Book a 15-min Triage button on any page of the site.
