Two published prices. A published rule for everything else.
Ad Rescue and the AI Operations Partner program carry a number. Google Ads management, Signals Foundation, and the builds do not have one yet; each is a flat fee for a written scope, quoted before work starts.

Three rows carry no number yet. Each is a flat fee for a written scope, quoted before work starts, never a percentage of spend.
Nothing here is a percentage of your ad spend, and the first conversation costs nothing.
Two programs with a start and an end.
The rescue fixes the account. The foundation fixes the signal the account learns from. Either one can be bought alone, and neither requires a retainer afterward. The rescue has a published price; the foundation is quoted per scope until its number is set.
A Google Ads audit and rebuild. Findings first, senior-verified; you keep the defect list with evidence whether or not you hire us afterward.
- Brand and non-brand separation
- RSA rebuilds
- Negative keyword sets
- Search query mapping
- Landing page audit
Published price. Scope in writing before work starts.
A tracking install, so the ad platform learns from revenue instead of noise. Reconciled against the pipeline before we call it done.
- Enhanced Conversions
- Offline conversion import
- Call tracking wiring
- GA4 key events
- Value rules
No published number yet. Fixed fee for a defined scope, published before work starts.
Two monthly programs, one above the other.
Management buys hands on the account. The operations program buys the layer above it: the account, the pages, the tracking, and the record of what happened.
Ongoing management of the account under the same written procedure the rescue uses. Flat monthly fee, never a percentage of spend.
- Daily account QA by the analyst agent, human-approved changes
- Query mapping, negatives, and creative maintained
- Monthly ledger of spend, results, and changes
- A named analyst on the account
No published number yet. Flat monthly fee, set in the scope document before work starts.
The tier above ad management. Campaign operations, site and landing page builds, tracking, and reporting, run by the agent fleet under doctrine with humans accountable for every change.
- Everything in Google Ads management
- Site and landing page builds
- Tracking installed and maintained
- Instrumented monthly reporting
Published price. Scope in writing before work starts.
Builds and consulting are priced per scope.
A landing page and a software build are not the same size, so they do not get the same price. Each one gets a written scope with a fixed fee, before work starts, and the scope is the contract.
Priced per scope
Landing pages
One page, message-matched to the campaign that sends it traffic, built under the landing page framework.
Websites
Planned under the site framework, built as a fast static site, schema and tracking included.
Custom software
Internal tools, portals, and integrations between the systems you already run.
AI agents and automation
An automation audit, or one agent for one job, built with the approval gate and the log.
Consulting
A 2-week strategy sprint, an automation roadmap, due diligence, or a second-opinion audit. Fractional leadership is monthly.
The same list, read across four programs.
No highlighted middle tier. The programs are different shapes, and the table says which parts each one carries.

- Monthly term
Add-on means the item is scoped and priced separately when you want it. Not in scope means the program does not do it; buy the program that does. Monthly term means the program runs month to month on the terms in its scope document instead of ending on delivery.
Four pricing rules, and what each one costs us.
Most of the industry prices the other way on the first, second, and fourth. That is not an accident; each rule costs an agency money in the short run and costs the client money when it is missing.
01Flat fees, not a percentage of spend
A percentage of spend pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the spend was a good idea. Our fee is the same whether we tell you to spend more or to stop.
02Scope in writing before work
Every engagement starts with a written scope: what is included, what is not, what it costs, and when it ends. The terms are published in that document.
03The first call produces findings, not a proposal
Every agency offers a free call. Ours ends with 2 to 3 prioritized fixes you can act on without us, and read-only account access gets you live findings during the 15 minutes.
04No long contracts
Fixed-scope programs end when the scope is delivered. Monthly programs run on the terms published in their scope, and the defect list is yours to keep either way.
We ran the rescue on our own account before selling it. The findings are on the proof ledger, mistakes included.
On the record
- Does MyWebReps publish its prices?
- Yes, as far as they are set. Ad Rescue and the AI Operations Partner program carry a published number. Everything else carries a published rule: a flat fee for a defined scope, written down before work starts, never a percentage of spend.
- What does Ad Rescue cost?
- $2,500. A 14-day audit and rebuild, fixed scope, no retainer required.
- What does the AI Operations Partner program cost?
- $3,500 to $7,500/mo. A monthly program: campaign operations, site and landing page builds, tracking, and reporting.
- What does Signals Foundation cost?
- A fixed fee for a defined scope, published before work starts. A 3-week tracking install: Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion import, call tracking, GA4 key events, value rules.
- Is management priced as a percentage of ad spend?
- No. Every fee is flat. A percentage of spend pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the spend was a good idea. A flat fee does not.
- Are there long contracts?
- Terms are published in the scope document for each engagement, before work starts. Fixed-scope programs end when the scope is delivered.
- What does the first call cost?
- Nothing. The 15-minute triage call is free, and you leave with 2 to 3 prioritized fixes whether or not you hire us.
