Four findings, filed as ledger entries 008 to 011.
Every agency claims rigor. The cheap version only ever aims it at other people’s accounts, so the first account our full procedure went through was ours: the pauses, the typo, the books, the leak, unedited. On a finding, the state follows the fix. Each entry flips to verified only when a fresh instrument pull shows the fix live, so the states on this page should keep moving as the relaunch lands.

Our own Google Ads account holds 29 campaigns. When the audit ran, every one of them was paused or removed.
Reading one is the comfortable one: cost control. The Q4 2025 flight paid $65 a click, and the dashboard priced each conversion at $600 or more. Seven conversions for that money looks like waste, and pausing waste is what a disciplined operator does. We acted on that reading.
Reading two comes from the instrumented pipeline. At least 5 of our 10 all-time pipeline deals trace to those seven conversions, and the deals this account closes are $3,000-a-month retainers. Read that way, the account was buying proven retainer pipeline at $65 a click, and we declined to keep buying.
Both readings describe the same account and the same spend. Instrumentation is the only difference between them, and instrumentation is the business we are in. The finding stands against us: the relaunch is entry 008, state pending, and it stays on this page until the state changes.
