Services · Consulting

A written answer, with predictions you can check by a date.

Growth and AI consulting for owner-led companies, from people who run accounts and build the agents, not from a slide library. Fractional leadership, a 2-week strategy sprint, automation roadmaps, due diligence before you buy or switch, and a second opinion on the work you are already paying for.

Every recommendation in the plan fills this row. If a row cannot be filled, the recommendation does not go in.

01 · The shapes

Five ways to buy an answer.

Each one ends in a written document you own. None of them requires a retainer afterward, and the plan is written so that another team could execute it.

Priced per scopeScope in writing before work starts
  1. 01

    Fractional growth and AI leadership

    Monthly

A senior operator in the seat a growth or AI lead would hold, for the days a week you actually need one. Sets the plan, runs the reviews, owns the ledger of what was predicted and what happened.

Fit · Owner-led companies that need the role before they can justify the hire.

  2. 02

    Strategy sprint

    2 weeks

A diagnostic that ends in a written plan: priorities in order, what each one predicts, by what date, and the evidence behind every claim.

Fit · You have a decision to make and want a plan you can hand to anyone to execute.

  3. 03

    AI readiness and automation roadmap

    Fixed scope

Where the hours go, which tasks an agent can take, which it should not, what the systems need before any of it works, and the build order.

Fit · Owners who keep hearing AI will save them time and want to know specifically where.

  4. 04

    Marketing due diligence

    Fixed scope

For an acquisition or an agency switch: what the marketing actually produces, what the tracking actually measures, and what the numbers in the deck leave out.

Fit · Buying a company, or replacing the agency that runs your spend.

  5. 05

    Second-opinion audit

    Fixed scope

Read-only access, a written defect list with evidence, and a verdict on whether the current work is sound. Your agency is not told unless you tell them.

Fit · You suspect something is wrong and want a reading from someone with nothing to sell you.

02 · The sprint

Two weeks. One fact base, one finding, three priorities, dated.

We ran this procedure on our own company before offering it, and the plan it produced is the one this site was built from. The format below is the format you receive.

Week 1

Evidence

  1. 01Read-only pulls from the ad accounts, analytics, call logs, CRM, and books
  2. 02Owner interview: what you believe, and what you would bet on
  3. 03The fact base: one table, every number with its source and pull date

Week 2

The plan

  1. 01The central finding, stated once, with the evidence that supports it
  2. 02Priorities in forced order, three at most
  3. 03A predictions ledger: what each priority should produce, by what date, and what would prove it wrong

What you get on day 14: a written plan with the fact base, the central finding, the priorities in forced order, and a predictions ledger. You can execute it with us, with your team, or with another agency. The predictions are dated either way.

03 · The method

Advice that can be wrong is the only kind worth paying for.

Most strategy documents are written so that nothing in them can fail. Ours are written the other way, on purpose, because a plan you cannot check is a plan you cannot learn from.

Rule 01

Evidence first

Every engagement starts with pulls from the systems, not with opinions. Where a number cannot be pulled, the plan says so instead of estimating it.

Rule 02

Predictions with dates

A recommendation that cannot be wrong is not a recommendation. Each one in the plan states what it predicts, by when, and what result would falsify it.

Rule 03

Every claim filed

The plan is a record. The number, the instrument that produced it, and the pull date sit together, so anyone can check the claim a year later.

The same rules govern our own claims. Our predictions about our own account, including the ones we got wrong, are on the proof ledger.

04 · Who does the work

The people who run the accounts write the plan.

There is no strategy team upstairs handing work to a delivery team downstairs. The person diagnosing your growth problem is the person who builds the agents and runs the ad accounts.

On the record

What consulting does MyWebReps offer?
Fractional growth and AI leadership for owner-led companies, a 2-week strategy sprint, AI readiness and automation roadmaps, marketing due diligence for an acquisition or an agency switch, and a second-opinion audit of work someone else is doing.
What is a strategy sprint?
A 2-week diagnostic that ends in a written plan. The plan names the priorities in order, states what each one predicts and by what date, and files the evidence behind every claim so it can be checked later.
How is this different from a marketing agency's free strategy session?
It is not a sales call for a retainer. The deliverable is the written plan, and you can hand it to anyone to execute. The predictions carry dates, so you can also tell later whether the plan was right.
Who does the consulting work?
Dan Murray, founder. Engineering background. Google Partner. Ben Bertacchi, analyst, runs the account and fleet pulls behind the findings.
What does a second-opinion audit cover?
Read-only access to the account and the tracking, a written list of defects with evidence, and a verdict on whether the current agency's work is sound. The current agency is not told unless you tell them.
What does consulting cost?
A fixed fee for a defined scope, published before work starts. Fractional leadership is a monthly engagement with the scope and terms published in the scope document.
How do I start?
Book a 15-minute triage call. Say which question you need answered; you leave with a view on whether a sprint, an audit, or a roadmap is the right shape.

Fifteen minutes with a senior analyst. Bring the decision, not the deck.

Say which question you need answered. You leave with a view on whether a sprint, an audit, or a roadmap is the right shape, and 2 to 3 things to check either way.
