Effective

Who we are

MyWebReps LLC operates this website from Orange County, California. Questions about this policy go to dan@mywebreps.com.

What we collect

The triage request form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, a monthly ad spend range, a description of your situation, and how you found us. We also receive whatever you send us by email, and our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested).

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to you, prepare and run the triage call, and manage our sales pipeline. Records live in our email and work-management systems. We do not use form submissions for advertising lists you did not ask to join.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, email, and work management), and then only as needed to operate the business.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, and interactions with the booking form, and Google Ads conversion measurement to attribute booked triage calls to our own advertising. Both set Google cookies in your browser. When you book a triage, the email address, phone number, and name you typed are hashed in your browser and sent to Google so it can match the booking to an ad click (enhanced conversions); Google does not receive the unhashed values from this site. Click identifiers from ad links (such as gclid) and campaign parameters are stored in your browser and attached to your booking so we can tell which campaign produced it.

Retention and your choices

We keep sales and engagement records for as long as they are useful for operating the business or required for legal and accounting purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for correction or deletion, email dan@mywebreps.com.
