Program 01 · Ad Rescue
Ad Rescue is a 14-day audit and rebuild of a Google Ads account: brand and non-brand separation, RSA rebuilds, negative keyword structure, query mapping, and a landing page audit. The price is published. The findings are yours to keep, with evidence, whether or not you ever hire us again.
Non-brand spend on queries that never convert
waste ≈ $/mo
Brand and cold spend graded as one bucket
waste ≈ $/mo
RSA default serving with no pinned anchor
waste ≈ $/mo
Every row carries its query, its dollars, and its date. The list is yours to keep.
If you searched for a Google Ads audit agency, you have seen the free version everywhere. It exists because the audit is the pitch: a few alarming screenshots, a scary chart, and a retainer close. The incentive is to frighten you, not to fix the account. Ad Rescue is structured against that incentive, on three terms.
Term 01
You know the number before the first call.
Term 02
You get the defect list with evidence attached: the queries, the dollars, the dates. It is yours to keep, or to hand to another agency.
Term 03
The engagement ends on day 14. If you hire nobody afterward, the rescue still happened.
One more term, which no other shop offers: we run this exact procedure on our own account, in public, bugs included. Read the self-audit.
The 14-day plan
| Days | Phase | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Days 01 to 02 | 01Instrumented pull | Read-only access. Full export: campaigns, search terms, conversion paths, change history. No opinions yet, just readings. |
| Days 03 to 05 | 02Query mapping | Every search term you paid for, mapped against one question: could this query ever buy anything? Waste gets itemized in dollars. |
| Days 06 to 08 | 03Brand and non-brand separation | Brand spend gets unbundled from cold spend, so the account stops grading itself on customers who already knew your name. |
| Days 09 to 11 | 04Negative keyword structure | Negatives built as a standing structure with shared sets, fed directly by the query map from week one. |
| Days 12 to 13 | 05RSA rebuilds | Responsive search ads rebuilt against the query map. Pinned where the message requires it, unpinned where the auction rewards it, no blank defaults. |
| Day 14 | 06Landing page audit and findings review | Where the click lands gets the same treatment as the click. Then the full defect list, with evidence, walked through live. It is yours either way. |
The findings review lands on day 14, live, with evidence attached. The defect list is yours whether or not anyone gets hired afterward.
Most audits are dashboard reads: someone opens the account, sorts by cost, and circles the expensive rows. Our own books show the blind spot in that method. In Q4 2025 the dashboard put our flight at 7 conversions at $65 a click, which reads as an obvious pause. The instrumented pipeline read the same flight and returned the opposite verdict.

That gap is what Ad Rescue is built on. A dashboard read can find expensive clicks; it cannot tell you which clicks bought a customer. So the audit runs through instruments instead: conversion paths reconciled against real deals, call records tied to the campaigns that produced them, query-level spend mapped to outcomes. When we call something waste, we can show you the reading that proved it.
The ads run on real money, and the owner is the one who signs off on it. The rescue is scoped to that reality, not to an enterprise org chart.

After the rescue
The account still optimizes toward whatever your tracking feeds it. Fixing that feed is its own program, installed after the rescue so the machine learns from revenue instead of noise. If you want the rebuilt account run month to month, that is a separate decision with its own published scope, made after the findings, never before (ledger entry 005 is one rescue that made it).

Read-only account access is optional and gets you live findings on the call. The defect list is yours to keep either way.
